Reclamation District 900 (RD900) has prepared an initial study/mitigated negative declaration (IS/MND) to provide the public, responsible agencies, and trustee agencies with information about potential environmental effects of the proposed Blacker Canal Bank Stabilization and Access Road Improvement Project (Proposed Project). This document has been prepared in accordance with the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act of 1970, as amended (CEQA) (Public Resources Code [Pub. Res. Code] Section 21000 et seq.) and the State CEQA Guidelines (Title 14 California Code of Regulations [CCR] Section 15000 et seq.).
Reclamation District 900 is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
channels of communication to all members of the public. As part of this commitment, Reclamation District 900
